At the very least give us a dead simple way to convert back to a
standard Google account. And by easy I mean easy. I don't want to have
to setup all my smart devices, routines, transfer photos etc. That would

Yep, that worked for a hot second. Then stopped. Then you could still
broadcast from your Android phone, then that stopped. That had to be the
best feature (broadcast). Without it feels like my Google Assistants are
getting dumber and dumber.
There are also many threads regarding the broadcast issue on reddit and
these forums. I feel like mine has been unable to broadcast due to admin
permissions for going on 6 months now. I am the admin it was working
fine until Google changed something ...
Same issue here. Started months ago and still isn't resolved. I sent
feedback but that was worthless as no one ever reached out and clearly
Google isn't listening to us.
