jumper wire compatibility aprilaire

Is my thermostat compatible? I have aprilaire thermostat, model APR848A. Wire diagram below. If I don't enter Rc then my thermostat is compatible. Want to make sure I'm interpreting the jumper wire correctly (omitting Rc).
