Trane XR series thermostat nest compatible?

I have a Trane XR series thermostat with my all electric heat pump.the connections are R, W1–jumper to W2/X2, W1, Y, G, O, Beould the Nest Learning Thermostat work and what would the wiring correspond bs the Trane?
