This is a predictably unhelpful reply. A more honest reply would be
something along the lines of "Sorry, we messed something up on our end
and we're hoping it gets fixed but honestly it's really a very low
priority for us so just be creative and try ...
This has been going on for months and it is extremely annoying because
it renders the search function practically useless since you can't see
the most important part of the results.
