Nest keeps shutting down

Second floor nest keeps shutting down…when I got it charge the battery it immediately says to plug back in …and then dies again!do I need a new battery?first floor nest works fine…it’s flipping 89 degree’s upstairs!help!

Low battery even after charging for two hours… do I need a new battery? A new unit?…these are only a year old… wrf?
