Replacing HoneyWell Home with Learning Thermostat

Bought this new place and want to switch to Google, everything. This was a Honeywell Home thermostat and sone of the wires are confusing myself and the Google mastermind.The Orange is on O/B and the white on the inside is AUX but outside says W2
