Thermostat wiring problem

I have done this twice now. But not sure what’s wrong. Maybe it’s not comparable. But attached is my current system wiring. When I hook it up. It says it’s cooling but it’s hot air as I see others have had.

Actually. As I was posting. I realized I didn’t wire it as heat pump. Stand by for follow up
