Trying to connect google mini to apartment shared Wifi

I just moved to a new apartment that includes wifi. I have not been able to connect my mini because it says its not connecting to the wifi help!!

Hi! Thank you.It definitely is because of the wifi, how do I fix that?I already tried a factory reset and I don't want to have to pay for a mobile Wi-Fi hotspot because one of the reasons I moved into the new building is because included wifi
