Google mini which not response to command saying it's not set up yet or
there is a glitch. The problem had been fixed.System firmware version :

There were 2 issues here. One which is ipv6 protocol enabled causes
Google home app not detecting devices and on Google display show a blank
screen with no response to command. Second one seem to affect only
Google mini which not response to command ...
