everything has been rebooted/hard booted several times. all devices are on the same wifi setting. phone and tablet see all, pc sees none

i have rebooted everything and factory rest the chromecast all several times

my pc cant see any devices all of a sudden (none of my chromecasts). phone sees them all. any ideas?
