Airwave is not the problem, it is set to on and works. the fan scheduling is not working, I like to set it to 15 minutes an hour to circulate the air.

3rd GenI have toggled every button on the app and via the physical thermostat . Software updates. Yes, it runs properly with heat/cold.Thank you,Michael
