I discovered that my two Google Mini speakers are working again. I did
nothing to correct the problems they were reporting(not set up) nor did
I make any changes to my network. I just happened to try a call to them
and found they were now functional!...
I am having the exact same issue. Before the total failure I'd notice
that request responses had gotten really slow or would error out. My two
minis are accessible from the phone app to raise and lower their volume
so "not set up" seems to be a false...
