My Google mini won’t connect to the cloud. I have restarted the mini. I have connected to the wifi.

I have tried all the help suggestions. I restarted the 2nd generator mini, I have connected to the Mimi’s wifi to reset that. I just can’t get on. I even deleted stuff from the cloud to make sure there was many mb. No idea
