used to have a Nest house alarm in your NES...
have the same issue,!!! already reset the lock.I am able to lock, and
unlock via Nest App,I am able to extend the guest (existing guest)
rights (date) I am NOT able to create new users/guests I am NOT able to
see or change existing guests passwords!!...
