Contacted support via phone. Was told I would be emailed about a refund
or replacement, instead I was emailed that nothing could be done because
my warranty expired about a year ago. A ten year product that lasted
less than 4 years? No thanks to purc...
Got a chance to do a factory reset. Started to do the false warning as
soon as I scanned the back of the device. Uggh. Will be calling support.
Have already tried everything suggested by chat support.
Have you taken the batteries out? Same thing happened to me and the fire
company disconnected from hard wire, but I had to take out the batteries
to get it to stop.
