Thanks so much Railroader. I ended up having to factory reset (again) instead of just unplugging it but other then that, I followed the steps you suggested and it is now working! Much appreciated.

How much longer until a fix? Two weeks of this is unacceptable. 

I am also having the same issue for a couple of weeks. One mini started working after many resets. The mini that was the first to stop is still not working. HELP! I am so frustrated.
