If you are a US resident, they will replace your unit. However, it will
probably require a LONG phone call and some luck getting a decent tech
on other end call support at ############. I had to email a couple of
photos and of course send in old unit...
This page is WORTHLESS! Every post is about the same problem(which I'm
having also)but there are no real solutions. The recovery/reset screens
don't fix it! Can somebody please post a REAL solution
