by the quick turnaround from customer support. I can confirm that mine
is working as well.
Thanks for providing this feedback. If I have to create a new account
and start all over, I will look for another thermostat vendor. I will
give them a few days to resolve and, if not, move on to an Ecobee or
something. I was thinking of upgrading to...
