Unfortunately I bought this house two years ago and the Nest was already in place. I have no idea if it is under any kind of warranty and have no documentation on this item. I think I just have to buy a new one and get someone to install it. Not easy...

I can't figure out how to get on the phone with customer support, which is why I am posting on this forum.

PS my neighbor says the Nest is flashing 6 times green, very quickly, one time orange, and then back to green again. It's 110F in the house, not 110C - that would be hot!
