And at the bottom of the screenshots, it says “Don’t miss a thing with the new Nest Aware” which is strange since I already bought it.

No, only one email address and have signed out and back in. It says it’s connected to Nest but still no video.  is there a good number to call?

Thanks for your reply! It only says Meet the new Nest Aware and lists all the features/descriptions. No mention of me subscribing, but I did three days ago. Thoughts?
