Just writing to confirm that my nest has received the update and now can
manually adjust brightness from 0-100 Great job guys thank you for
fixing the issue that was frustrating for many of us
Lucky! What version does your say after the update? Mine says the
software is "up to date" but I can't manually adjust brightness yet. I
am on version 2.1-10
Just got mine tonight and immediately noticed this problem. It's going
to be returned to BB if there's nothing we can do about this ridiculous
oversight
