hi, I had my faulty nest heatlink replaced over a month ago and sent the
invoice straight in for the reimbursement of the fitting cost. I have
emailed several times with no reply about when I will get my refund.

Apparently mine hadn’t been processed (doesn’t explain why my emails had
been ignored since November) and is being processed now but can take up
to two months for you to receive your money back. The whole thing is
just inefficient and ridiculous.
