Nest app says thermostat offline. It is online per the thermostat

The thermostat is online.I even changed the Wi-Fi network to the 5G Network and it is online even then. It says the nest app is connected per the thermostat but the nest app says it's Wi-Fi is not connected but I have another thermostat in the house ...
