I have the solution now, it took 2 electricians & 1 HVAC guy and 2 months spend. I have created the video & will upload it shortly with steps. Stable for 1 month now. zero issues so far.Allow me few days to upload video.

Same issue with 2 Zone....2 wire, when I run Power test, it shows done, then when I check status I see "Power test not run"
