Hello,My 3rd generation Nest Heat Link died this morning. How can I get a replacement unit in Ireland?

Hi Melany,The system is powered on. There is a connection error message on the display—H72. There are no lights on the Heat Link unit. I tried pressing and holding the center button several times, but nothing happened.Regards,Richard
