C wire needed

my exiting therostate shows white wire, red to RC (jumper to RH), Green wire to G and Green wire to Y. My Google Nest Has a Y,C,W,G,R OB. I don't know if I need a C , so do i leave out? Seems I can connect the Red wire to R on the google nest
