I wish you would look at the comments. I even sent a direct support request and never heard anything back. The biggest issue affecting people now is not syncing media but the fact that people cannot get Dolby surround of various types on their stream...

I have the same problem. I've installed, uninstalled, reinstalled and have not got anywhere. I contacted Britbox tech support and they are not helpful so far. But I did see a Reddit trail where lots of people have the same problem so it's not just us...
