Thanks. Reasonable suggestions. I did power cycle the unit - several
times - to no effect, and as you suggest the Google router was the only
thing connected to the Xfinity box. Re power cycling, I had thought
maybe the Google unit had an 'after-taste...
Confirms what I tried to do New Google Mesh (GM) router and 2 points
working ok with Xfinity modem/router in router mode. No problem To
reduce RF clutter and potential confusion, enabled Bridge mode on
Xfinity modem/router. Google router stopped work...
