I'm giving Google 2 more days to provide us an update on their progress fixing this, else the Google TV streamer is being returned and I'll stick to Roku.This experience has definitely made me a more cautious buyer of Google products.

I'm confused ... Is having an HDMI 2.1 cable and having an e-Arc compatible TV/sound system a requirement to use the Google TV Streamer? Or are you just suggesting this until the bug is fixed? I need to know that it's going to be backward compatible ...
