I've just updated the TV Streamer and it seems fixed with 1080i50 video (in Europe).

Just want to add that I see the same issue in Europe; the TV streamer doesn't deinterlace 1080i50 content (i.e. local tv broadcasts). I hope this can be fixed in a future firmware upgrade.
