My nest thermostat turns on randomly even when i have a schedule set up 

Nest 3rd gen randomly comes on when it wants

My nest is set to a schedule for heat but randomly comes on during the day or night. Even when the house temperature shows 20c and the set temperature is 17c.Is someone able to shed a light on why the random coming on issue as i have run out of ideas...
