Hi, I have a 3rd Generation Heat Link which is dead. I believe Google
know about the issue and are offering replacements. Is this correct. I

chat who confirmed it's failure and although out of warranty, they are
aeare of the Heat Links failure, they agreed to replace it.BOXT came and
