Chrome Cast Audio casting to a DAC.

I am trying to cast Tidal to my home audio system using a Cambridge Audio DAC. I have a Toslink cable running from the CCA to the CA DAC. It will only cast 44Khz. From what I have read the CCA is supposed to cast up to 96Khz. I have the same problem ...
