You can try to download Google Chrome Beta and see if it works.If not, you also can try this : DISABLE this feature flag: chrome://flags/#use-network-framework-for-local-discovery.

I've tried everything, and nothing works except one :download Google Chrome Beta for Mac : https://www.google.com/chrome/beta/For me, then, Chrome cast works with Google Chrome Beta on my iMac and on my MacBook Air. 
