Yes, this is exactly what I ended up having to do. Same problem - work
email (which is a google account) didn't work for the cameras although
it has no problem with the other Home stuff like wifi etc. Had to switch
to personal gmail (@gmail.com) and ...
Was there ever a solution to this? I’m having exactly the same issue
when I get to the “supplemental terms and conditions” part of installing
