New doorbell, it was defective and had to be replaced. The playback
videos were working fine with the defective one (until it stopped
working completely) and now they are only stills. Please advise.
Can anyone answer this question? There are no resources online that
solve the problem and no one is helping. Lots of people seem to be
having this issue and it’s frustrating spending a large amount of money
