Arlo base station VMB3010 shows offline in Home app

The base station is operational; all cameras and doorbell are online in the Home and Arlo apps. Only the base station shows offline in Home.There's a case open with Arlo but I'd like to check with the Google community, also. A search didn't turn up a...
