My heat pump is Rheem model # RH2TZ3617STANNJ. The Thermostat is nest gen 4. My problem is I don't get any heat unless I turn on the emergency heat.

it won't let me post pics of how it was wired before with the old thermostat and how it's wired on the nest thermostat.
