My replacement 3rd Generation thermostat refuses to pair with the heat
link. The light is flashing blue and I’ve placed the stat close to the
link. It has not asked for the pairing code.
Hi Ahmed247 I fixed the problem by doing a factory reset on the heat
link and restarting the pairing process from scratch. I was a bit
reluctant to do a factory reset at first but it worked and the new
thermostat is now up and running the heating sys...
