I have a Chromecast with Google TV. On the "Library" tab, I have movies I do own in one spot, but then there are a bunch of blank spots before I get to another one with an image that I can click on for details. Anyone know a fix for this? Why the bla...

Ironically, last night I went to the "Library" area and now it says "Error Loading Library" with a Retry button. LOL

I don't think so. I sent in the info and I haven't heard anything back. It's still in the same state it has been. But, thank you for your help.

Yeah, it's really odd. I actually thought they are probably using some kind of local storage for needed data about the user and makes sense to setup the library like that locally. I did the Factory reset thinking the local storage was corrupted in so...

I sent in a message from the Google TV help section. I don't think there is anything else you can help with. I'm guessing I probably have some kind of 'Outlyer' situation.
