Have you tried switching the hdmi-cec off? This did resolve the issue to
some degree in my case. Unfortunately you will no longer be able to
control the tv volume using the google remote.
I have the same issue that the Google TV Streamer 4K always loses
ethernet connection and the cable needs to be plugged anew to
re-establish internet connection.
