I am having Chromecast Gen 1. Issue started four months back. I did
factory reset, reboot and network router reset. But still ambient
settings is blank. I also noticed that my Google assistant voice command
told on Google home hub stopped working on ...
I had the same issue(case number is 6-1165000037558) for Chromecast 1st
Gen for last three months. Ambient mode settings is blank. Google
support was useless in fixing it. Please let me know if you are able
find a solution for this. Thanks.
