This is a sad situation. I just ordered the eero pro after having this
nest wifi system for less than 3.5 months. Maybe this thing will
disconnect / lose connection less often than the google system.

I believe with the nest wifi they do automatic firmware updates and
everyone is on 13739.57.27. After doing copious amounts of searching, it
seems this firmware version was the start of all the problems.
I don't think too many devices connected to one point is causing
congestion. I have no more than a total of 15 devices connected to my
mesh point and still experience the problem you're describing. I've done
everything from factory reset with google ...
