This was the same for me. I had to use my wife's account and was able to
unenroll. She has never done anything in the setup, she was just a user.
Go figure.
I emailed the company and they replied with the article that says
unenroll but does not reference if that is unavailable. This is really a
terrible feature and we should have the option to turn it off completely
