Google Nest Community

I found the following: when I say "OK Google, play Einaudi" the nest answers, OK, I play Einaudi on Spotify, I will play it on ". But nothing happens. So, last like the bug reported above. Now the funny thing: when I say "OK Google, Einaudi", it work...

My WIIM still does not play music from Spotify if requested to my Google nest mini. The move option does not work for me either, because my config is in Dutch and I do not know the move command in Dutch, if it even exists.

I'm also very disappointed. Can this defect be escalated? There is no communication. We're being ignored.
