Just to add, CS has offered to replace one camera to see if issue is
fixed, but I am waiting to see if the bug is fixed as I do not want to
lose the 60 days of footage I have and trying to download everything is
time consuming.

I just got another email, they want to see the invoices for my cameras.
Have no clue what that has to do with their software issue. Beyond
silly! That’s where I am at with them. So aggravating. We should get a
credit for all the days it hasn’t work. ...
