Adding my local news is not available any longer on my list of routines. How do I get it added back?

Yes! This is exactly how I have it set up!It does not play.When I vetbally say, 'Hey Google, play me the news', Rueters starts up.I remember my local news in line with the other actions at the bottom.Any other suggestions?
