NEST thermostat installation 3rd gen

 Hi, I'm trying to install Nest thermostat but I think my wiring is wrong. I've attached images below of my old wiring and how I've tried to rewire it. nest thermostat says the heating is on but the radiators won't turn on.Can someone please help?
