I had m’y chromecast factory reset! I did the change of date trick, this
put the device back online, streaming was still not working.Now your fix
has been deployed and the chromecast is now fully operational.thanks

possible to re-establish connectivity between the device and the
internet., both with changing the system date on...
Hope this is not true. There was no announcement, this device is still
very effective and performant. I do not think that we have security
risks or vulnerabilities. They should extend the gen2 lifetime support
