Did you try entering the Wi-Fi password manually instead of
automatically? I've seen people mention that it should be done that way.
I'm not sure what the difference is though.
The problem itself could take some time. I could see up to a week.
However, communication would have been the easy part. I agree that they
should have let us know or made some type of announcement and keep us in
the loop. It is poor customer service ...
I have two fire sticks. Haven't used either in about a year. I did like
them but found the Chromecast easier to cast to. Also, over had terrible
experiences with Amazon's remotes and when this happened... Tried going
